How to get rid of kinda like pimples FAST!?

helloo well i started using this cream actually i used it once then i woke up and all around my lips and chin are little pimples and like red blotchy skin there no pimples i can pop cause there kinda small are there any things i can use at home because i cant get to a drugstore right now oh ps can it works fast pleasee!
