Where can i download city of heroes free online?

Okay a roomy of a friend of mine said she found a free online city of heroes game which isn't a trial... and i wanted to know if any one knew where i can download it like she did.... i haven't played the game since i was 4 and i am getting really tired of playing the sims game every day so yeah!!
