Will flatulence now become a form of ual harment in the USA military as a dirty activity?

Boot camp, aka basic training, is not supposed to be a charm school. If catching a whiff of a nasty fart now and then is the worst a GI has to endure, he/she should consider themselves lucky. How about the foul body odor that permeates barracks and other living quarters after the grunts have spent a week or so out in the boondocks without benefit of showers? Wait 'til they hit the gas chamber..!!! Flatulence a form of ual harment..? Where the hell did that come from?
